Shopping and planning on this website
The shopping cart saves brand identifiers, denominations, quantities and self/gift selection in your browser’s local storage. Recipient names, mobile numbers, dates, messages and business details entered in forms are kept in page memory, not deliberately saved in cart storage. Refreshing or closing the page clears that in-page state. Browser autofill or recovery may separately retain information under your browser settings.
Enquiry drafts and downloads
Forms prepare an email draft or a text-file download locally. Choosing an email draft passes the entered text to your email application. It is not sent automatically. Downloaded files remain wherever your browser saves them; remove them yourself when no longer needed.
Email you send
If you send an enquiry, we receive its contents and your email address to respond and manage the conversation. Our published email aliases route through Cloudflare to our team’s inbox. Email providers also process correspondence under their own terms. Do not send payment credentials, OTPs or full gift-card codes.
Hosting and technical data
The website uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. Requests can expose IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs and technical/security logs to these providers. We have not added advertising pixels or customer analytics scripts to the storefront. Hosting infrastructure may apply its own essential security mechanisms.
Retention and choices
Cart selections remain until removed or browser site data is cleared. You can remove items from the cart or use the button below. Email correspondence may be retained while handling the enquiry and where required for business records or applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; applicable retention obligations may limit deletion.
Changes and future services
Payments, customer accounts and voucher delivery are not active. This notice will need updating before those services introduce new data processing. Please review it when using newly launched features.
